Hello, I’m Neil – A London-based digital product & service designer, creative thinker, problem solver & strategist with a passion for making digital things, better. I’m creative, collaborative and passionate about great design with over 17 years experience creating and evolving digital products and services that are clear, simple, engaging and a pleasure for people to use. My experience both agency and client-side encompasses experience design, visual design, coding, art direction and digital strategy.
I’m an advocate of Lean UX with many years experience working in Agile teams for start-ups, agencies and large corporations across numerous sectors. I work closely with you and your team to get an in-depth understanding of your business, your customers and the problems you want solving. My role is to help you by not only creating the best possible experience for your customers, but also by understanding your business objectives, capabilities, risks, constraints and opportunities for all aspects of your project.
Neil is an incredibly talented experience designer, a strategic thinker, thorough in his approach and delivers well-considered and detailed flows and interactive wires... His dry sense of humour and focussed work ethic meant he was a great fit and a great asset to the team.
Neil is a fantastic creative, and all rounder who does a bit of everything, but now UX focused. He is really easy to work with, and would be a benefit to any team, group or project set up.
Neil is a calculated risk taker, pragmatic leader and realist who seems to grasp ideas holistically whilst still taking note to the more acute details. He built a strong (and deserved) reputation as someone with vision, diligence and honour – someone who gets things done!
Neil's skills as both a senior designer and an IA are extensive and his meticulous and logical approach to all projects make him a pleasure to work with. He's friendly, always happy to help, advise, suggest, mentor and pitch-in with whatever jobs need doing. I would highly recommend Neil as an asset to any team.
