Lloyds Banking Group

Working on-site at Lloyds Banking Group via SapientRazorfish I was the UX Lead for Personal Current Account team.

As a senior member of the design team I designed & launched an iPad app that enables branch colleagues to conduct the end-to-end personal current account opening journey on a single device reducing the average account opening appointment time from 1hr+ to 31 mins vastly exceeding the target 30% success metric. Lead the redesign of the packaged bank account application process under extremely tight deadlines to conform with legislation changes.
